developers will put price in usd and wallet will be usd. the reason steam say is currency inflation, change so fast that recommendation wrong in a few month. TR / AR pays less but not like before. new regions are average price of all country in "group", some will go down other go up.

simplifies many problem for steam like currency conversion and paying developer. also, yes, hopping but steam knows about family share, selling accounts (notice more of this on key sites today), solution instead of block is to make everyone pay more.

Even though most? in these poor region will go pirate, steam knows that charging more and selling less is still same profit or greater.
only if gamers all stopped buying together could fight this. but won't. spiderman 2 sold 2.5 mil copies, there are many customer who don't care about price and they now go after people with money, not people without. we don't matter.
