Oh, I don't believe i told you that part...even after I sent a notice with my last rent check (literally wrapped around it--on camera), they had the balls to send me a notice for non-payment of rent...and ignore the health department demanding they do repairs :LOL:

I figure eviction is the next likely (and completely retarded) move they'll make...so I'm trying to file this case before they have a chance.

It'll get tossed out of court in either situation, but it may prevent me from even needing to show up if I get this done in time.

EDIT:

I've never seen such moronic behavior in all my life, even from people I expect to act like complete fools lmao.

I feel like I'm dealing with a poorly trained AI that can only react in a single fashion and has no grasp on reality and how shit works.
