nothing wrong with a game being at a normal price, it's really good that prices like this still exist and if you are from that list of countries and want it I don't see why not buy it!

take a look at Spec Ops The Line which got delisted yesterday I think and prices already increased a bit, 6-12 months, and probably will end up at 30-60$
