Yeah I get frequent offers from her and her alts. I just got one where she was going to give me a $4> game for 4 of my games collectively worth $15. I was about to comment something just a minute ago on in as I was fed up with her ridiculous offers, but the moderator chimed in and told her that she was crazy and was going to get banned if she continues such behavior. In other words I'm kinda glad it happened.

I was having issues downloading and it was def on steams end...other than that...not yet?

Maintenance is done partially from server to server. If they did it universally and to everything, steam would be having real downtimes and not just some malfunctions
