The mail was worse than I first expected, got a letter from the lawyer trying to dismiss my case...I may have to postpone these raffles. I need to gather my thoughts.

If anything I'll do them all separate and leave them instead of one by one like I intended, I might be really busy today.

Have no idea what you are talking about, but that sucks, hope everything works out.
But you do you, don't worry about the raffles.
Busy and Birthday are two lousy things to go hand in hand.

I'm fighting an eviction case in court by myself right now, landlord is so terrible I was suing him myself before the eviction...

evidently both cases can't exist for the same reasons so it just became complicated.

Actually, the idea just hit me on how to sink his little dreamboat attempt while we were chatting, the raffles will continue ;)

I'm going to use his own legal reasoning against him and argue that HIS case should be dropped since my case is the entire reason the eviction ever came to pass. sometimes I terrify myself lol.

Me too, I'm not this good at legal shit...I'm a bit over my head :LOL:

But fuck it, we're gonna give it the old one two punch and try.

EDIT:

They can ONLY dismiss one of the two cases or combine them into one...either way I can still sue his ass, but it would leave me homeless if the eviction went on during the other.

Doubt the court is gonna be okay with that concept unless he bought a judge.
