I'm gonna be slam busy today so i won't be around the forums, but I just got hit with a revelation and realized the LAWYER royally fucked up...he mentions my landlords company and his brothers company on his paperwork for dismissal...I felt the need to share the news that I should be able to fight the eviction AND still sue the owner AGAIN after the fact as a separate case because they screwed up the lease and the eviction suit and brought it under the brothers company name, not the owner I filed my suit against.

I doubt that will happen, I just want them to STFU and give me what I deserve so I can get the fuck out of here fast...but the "possibility" that a second case can be brought against them. and the case being brought against me wrong (immediate grounds for dismissal) will be enough to destroy the immediate dismissal of my counterclaims they tried at the least, and will definitely put me in a more negotiable position than I was already in...and I already had the upper hand to be honest
