What are Fragments and Artifact for?

Artifacts have effects that can help you gain ARP faster - different artifacts improve ARP gain from different sources, and there are also set effects. Fragments are used to upgrade artifacts to more powerful versions (from Rust to Bronze to Silver to Gold to Platinum to Interstellar) for more powerful effects.

they don't tell what version is involved here, so we can assume it is UE5
....unless....
the required system is pure fantasy, i'm not sure if they"re trolling us or Epic or just simply want to be fun
and that make me curious about

So, my landlord sent me a check for my deposit, which is great...he's saying i didn't do any damage without looking too

I'm glad he confirmed that for me.

But he only sent me 1/3 of it because now that we're already in court and he never gave me my lease or a deposit receipt, he owes 3x the deposit...unless i was dumb enough to cash the check.

Thanks for confirming no damage, i made a photo copy, I'll hand it back to your lawyer at court.

Weird, because I watched both yesterday. You can find the second one everywhere by searching for "putin gangsta paradise" or probably just searching for Coolio Gangstas Paradise lol.

doubt they would risk their life for that.

Considering how much data they access from us... (or companies in general) If I would say now I want to buy STAR WARS™: The Clone Wars - Republic Heroes™ I would see only ads for this game.

Or If I had an argument with someone I love I could even see divorce ad and all related to that.

This is one thing I dislike about modern times, freedom.
