It's because of Amazon Prime's Fallout TV show that is, surprisingly, very good and true to the Fallout lore (apart from some little inconsistencies).

I've been intending to watch it, but since the prime account isn't technically mine and I wanna watch in 4K glory (or above mobile piss at least), I been waiting for a good time to get the authorization on my PC

And coming from you, the fact that it follows the lore says something.
