Fuck no...I'm gone as soon as possible, the reality is they let it decay for so long they CANT fix it unless they tear it apart with nobody living in it, and I'm aware of the fact. But if I can get some of the issues fixed, make it less horrible and put a thorn in his side plus a dent in his wallet for being a useless piece of shit...all while helping out the next person who might live here--I don't see why I shouldn't.

Now that he just had to insist it goes to trial, I can take him to the bank too...no more need to be nice.

52 Keys is a bit extreme, this stops people from doing those kinds of giveaways...do you want the next dev to not do one or require steam linking?

I don't....but yes, I have the game. Grabbing 3-4 keys is understandable, 52 and you start turning devs off from doing this kind of shit...its no better than when people bot the AWA vaults, especially when its a new game on GA.

Its really not that hard...I mean he could solve the modem issue by running multiple VMs using virtual IPs/modems for each location and get even more with a powerful system.

But again...this is why shit like this stops happening, especially since steam put a limit on dev keys now.

You won't be so happy when they get 104 next time using that method and its every key the dev had so you don't even get a single copy but by all means praise them for it lmao.

Did I mention the repairs are now law? If they don't do them they can get hit with fines of up to $10,000 or a warrant for their arrest

...but wait theres more, for a judge to grant an injunction is practically an almost guarantee that you'll win a real trial, because for that to be granted you need to break laws that endangers someones life or cause irreparable harm.

I was told I had a solid case today by a judge, and one of the lawyers i actually got advice from as free legal aid was like "good job" as I walked out of the courtroom.

It wasn't fun, but damn I feel good.

They still are, that injunction is gonna cost them a pretty penny (or they're going to try to half-ass it), and the last thing the lawyer said to me was the landlord couldn't do worse at trial--right before I handed him an explanation of all the fines (by the legal chapter) with the chapters attached and told him to show it to his client and then ask him that.

He walked away with it in hand, I have no idea what they're thinking about that...but I can't get cocky either, I've never defended myself in an actual trial. Now I really gotta put my nose to the grindstone and make sure I'm well and ready so I don't get sucker punched nine times during it.

No matter what I'll make at least the settlement amount so them not settling make zero sense at all...and that worries me a bit.

The lawyer seems like a putz, but he really hasn't had any defense to work with...its easier to make my claims look "questionable" than it is to deny straight law. It failed in the case of a judge, but with people who knows.

Bottom line nothings written in stone so I don't want to pump myself full of hot air now, a little victory dance was in order lmao, but I'd be a fool to think its gonna be a cakewalk even with the entire situation in my favor...its just been us a judge so far, trials are entirely different and I've never had to sit through a real one.

Doubt Law and Order episodes are gonna be up to par on the real procedures

Feudalife Challenge now hands out Galasilver as if it's trying to lure you into a white van with candy Galasilver.
I no longer earn the 240 daily, once you go above that number it doesn't climb upward on it's own anymore.
I was curious if it would drop back down to 240 by removing 10 Galasilver per hour if I didn't spend it, the answer is no, all of your Galasilver just stays there if you don't spend it.

I noticed something else though, I got a Steam Key from completing a Feudalife Challenge recently, but most of the time I don't get a Steam Key, I get 125 Galasilver instead, but if I go to play again (after winning) it tells me that I have to play with a malus because "You already earned a Steam Key", which is a lie, I only got the 125 Galasilver, no Steam Key. They didn't bother to edit that message from The King. I'll just say it here, I think Feudalife Steam Keys will become harder for everyone to get, maybe they'll just keep making more Giveaways for those games that you just bid on with Galasilver.

The king needs to be overthrown and sent on a hunting trip...as the boar.
