And CHAR(176) is equal to pressing ALT+0176 if you had an alt key.

alt 0176 doesnt work, crtl+shift+8 nothing too, i found this alt 0176, found other things too but nothing worked, for fucks sake, im gonna throw this shit from the window, just missed it now that i needed it

Thats because its Shift+Ctrl+2 and pressing space after it, and thats in Wordpad.

Use the god forsaken character map.

press this

Windows Key+R (or open the run box from the start menu, search whatever)

type

charmap

press enter

Then you need a new keyboard or you can use a trick i use.

treat it like a programming character in encryption.

use another character or combination like ## in the file temporarily and then do an entire find/replace on it and change the ## to °



Programming is only half code my friend...the other part is thought process to get around obstacles in the path that nobody has taught you how to.
