No problem, I didn't have it either. I think it was given free from Amazon, not completely sure though . I'm thinking HSGF purchased a bulk of GOG keys of Midnight Fight Express on key sites, that's why It's so cheap.

okI searched and found it was given free on July 25th with prime gaming with Cat Quest 2. I checked and I have Cat quest 2 on gog but I don't have Midnight Fight Express, it's weird I missed it
edit: I checked in the amazon prime gaming history, I got the key but for some reason I forgot to redeem it or something went wrong when i did it XD

They allow you to carry over bonuses to NG+, I'm actually playing it from Epic on Steam so there are no REAL achievements in that sense...but the bonuses I wanted (unlocking art, cutscenes, etc.) plus it determines how much stuff you can carry with those bonuses, a few of them determine what you start with in the second game...i'm sure you've played games that do that. Trails and Tales Of games both carry choices and some certain things over like this. Trails is hardcore about it though, each bonus gives points and each unlock costs points.
