Purchases have long appeared for me by themselves, one of the first.

Recent purchases are there for me. My older ones are not.

Winnings in giveaways appeared about a month ago, also with winnings that I did not know about.

My old GA wins never went anywhere, but new ones only appeared after automatic feedback was left. Working as intended now.

Winnings in Feuda only after writing to support, today.

I had all my challenge wins in Bundles, but only some in G.Giveaway. I won today, and it added one more to G.Giveaway, but it didn't add the most recent win. In your case, it's likely that support had nothing to do with it. They only recently started giving keys again.

For other people, they are seeing other people's wins and email addresses. So it's not the same for everyone. They claim to still have all the data, and are in the process of fixing everything, but we have no idea how long it will take. Considering how long it has already taken, another few months seem likely at least.

Yeah, this had the most users and was easier to find a trade compared to other platforms. I always loved the idea of sending an offer to multiple users to see it accepted by one. And easier to find if a user who has a certain game on their wishlist

Indigala could lead the process, in fact, with a working trade section, but not in the form it is now, now it's just a Klondike for cheaters.

It had potential over some other platforms, but it lacked moderation and simplified some things just ruined it

Here are the pros:

• You easily exchange keys and receive them instantly
• You can receive really good offers
• It's easy to use
• You can also find users who are not so picky about a trade compared to regular platforms, but depend on luck
• Doesn't require you a list to manage ( for e.g: barter doesn't always remove games from your trading list so you might make mistakes or reoffer a game )
• It can take you 1-2 minutes to list a game for a trade ( if listing more a lot of them might be a problem )
• There are no resellers or not as much compared to other platforms ( might be a plus, might be a minus )
• Good for 1:1 game trades

The cons:

• You can receive fake offers with no keys or with already-used keys
• You can't see their rep anymore
• You can't list more than 60-80 trades ( your trading won't load when trying to check if you received any offers )
• Some users don't have their profiles linked so in case of a mistake you will have problems reaching them to offer an exchange or something in return
• You can't remove a trade without asking for support ( can be good, but can be bad )
• You can't make offers with 1 game for multiple games

While Indiegala lacks a lot of features the majority of platforms have, like the trade matching barter have it is simple to use and offers different users to trade with. But let's not forget that this has been not working for more than 2 months, I wonder if they will fix it this December if they don't repair it in 2 months... You can't send offers/feedback.

Yesterday I got bored, and for the sake of laughter I wrote to Indiegala support that "my gameplay giveaway list is actually empty".
But, with respect to them for this, they took my case into consideration and there are already some results.
Today, after the appeal, I managed to win the key again, and it appeared in the library. It is listed in the profile as the first won key.

That is, information about all previous winnings, both revealed and not revealed, simply disappeared.
So if someone expects that the site had temporary difficulties, and then something will appear in your library, then you are most likely waiting in vain.

I got a similar problem a couple of days ago.
I played expecting to win credit, and i got a key.
Problem was that the list was full (contrary to you) but all games had the same date, which made them impossible to reddeem.
So, i wrote to IG and they gave me a key in a day.
Kudos for them, they handled it fine.
