Cool, but unreasonably expensive.
In everyday tasks, you won't notice the difference between the selected CPU and the 7700. The motherboard doesn't affect performance at all, so overpaying is unjustified.
7950X3D needs AIO.

Yeah, there's also high power consumption, which to some users might not seem a lot, but if you use your PC for work and keep it open for a long time, you can see a change in your electricity bills. Honestly, the 300w TDP from GPU seems much.

While 7950x3d looks cool, I doubt there is a big difference compared to other ones like 7800x3d which is probably the best processor for gaming at the moment.

Also, non-related to the whole PC the 9700x seems interesting even though it is not as good as the 7800x3d or the new 7950x3d. I find it interesting that it uses 65w compared to 120 and has a similar performance.
