I was just looking at AWA, and we can now upgrade the 1% discount artifact to 2%. This is useless to most people, since we just got the robes with the 15% set bonus discount, but if you have the rarish 15% artifact, you can combine them for 17% off, up from 16%. Of course you also need to use a lot of fragments to achieve that. Also useful for new users that just want the extra 1% discount.

Ya that would have helped like two months ago for my DRP fucking dicks.
