Yes, pretty hit or miss. Sometimes working, sometimes not. I got it working again later.

Even when I win keys, I don't see them in my library, so kind of pointless. Hopefully they fix that at some point. I've won 2x 2c since September too. I think eight keys, but only six came with emails and added to my profile count. I can't see any of them though.

Same here, the last keys I can see are from August 2024. I only won 3 keys since than and they are still missing.

I mostly play feuda when I need more silver for gala's giveaways. Days when we were able to get 2-3 keys every day are sadly long gone.

But i did won a key last month (or november) and i also couldn't see it.
I contacted IG, they asked me for a screen of not being able to see the key and they send me a new one the next day.
I don't know if it was the game or not (probably not), but i didn't had it and it worked fine.
