I would love to hear to it , I already watched some from Pedro Almodovar , Pan's Labyrint is amazing , REC also , but I am more than open for suggestions

Funny thing is I barely watch movies in my native language. But in my defense, I rarely watch movies at all

I visited Buenos Aires few years ago and I loved it there, probably one of my favorite cities in South America. I would love to live there for a few months or years. I also love the music scene from Argentina, there are at least a few bands/musicians that I listen to almost daily.
I rarely watches movies these days too , but Pan's labyrinth and REC got stuck in my memory
Pan's Labyrinth is a masterpiece for me, Rec is also great for a horror movie (there is a sequel too I think). Almodovar is a great director, I watched a lot of his movies, not completely for my taste, but I respect the craft.
This one was pretty good for me (not for everybody), time paradox sci-fi
The original Vanilla Sky, so much better than the american remake
This is a black comedy

I guess it's a good place for a vacation, but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to live
I hope you had a chance to try the food we have around here.

There was a thing in BA that I have never experienced before in my life. It's called blind theater, or something like that. It is a theatre / restaurant where you eat while you listen to a theatre play IN COMPLETE DARK. Your eyes never get used to darkness, and you are completely "blind" for the duration (30 minutes or so). It is kinda "4D", because all the actors are walking all around while acting and there are special effects, like when there is a rain in the story you feel water drops on your face, or if there is a train passing you feel the air on your legs and so on. And all the time they bring plates with delicious food that you can enjoy while listening. I don't know if any of you ever tried to eat in the dark, but that was some new experience for me. I have no idea what have I ate, but everything was amazing, I recognized only the chocolate covered strawberry (frutilla :)). What a great concept.
Also, great meat btw

Yes, it's called blind theater! Yes, the theater and there is music too. You may also like the Teatro Colón. The meat is the best, actually all the food here is, I hope you have tried the very common alfajores de dulce de leche here
