So...I call my local ISP and cancel my service due to utter harassment for a month including on easter and weekends...the lady says even she would be terrified by their behavior, removes my past due balance and says the service is being shut off...instead of my service being shut off like I requested....guess what happens?

They call me AGAIN for a service visit not ten minutes later

About to be involved in a second lawsuit with them.
