It doesn't have its own URL. It just shows up over the top of the page when you open it after 0:00 UTC. You probably just got 10s. Did you notice how much you had before it popped up? It's entirely possible the spin does absolutely nothing and you get the prize as soon as you load a page for the day.

If you go to the library/profile and click on the red icon, there is a gift icon, and Wheel of Fortune, but there is no link. Has anyone actually won anything yet? Maybe that's where the discounts and keys will be? This assumes anyone ever wins anything other than 10s.

I've gotten the silver, it works...and you do click to spin but it pops up with no choice for me. Hard to not find that lol

Someone that streams is a streamer. Some people did things before going on Twitch though. Sasha Grey plays games, and mostly keeps her clothes on while streaming.
