I haven't played Cyberpunk 2077, but I know what you mean. I like open world but there are so many side mission and extra stuff to do that you get I get distracted. For this reason usually I don't complete the main the story but I have fun doing other activies in the game, or I just drive around in the map exploring it. So maybe if the game if you if you fell anxious about all those activities try to focus on main story and just skip extra quests. Or try to play another game and if you fell to play Cyberpunk again you come back later. You could find more casual games and relaxing like hidden objects games or puzzle to take a break from games that you don't fell good to play at the moment.Okay guys, sorry but I have a problem with Cyberpunk 2077, a big problem. This is my FPS and open world game, but after one month I'm stuck and honestly it's the first time that happen something like this. Now I've put the main story on hiatus and I wanna do some side missions, but they're too many (calls, msgs, people, e-mail, s t o p) and I don't know where to start. And these all side missions makes me anxious so I completely stopped to play it. RE2 Remake with dark corridors and zombies is less anxious, really. So my stupid question is: what can I do? Continue the main story? Maybe this game is not for me? Honestly I don't wanna play a game that make me anxious, it's completely useless, there's no fun

I think it is completely fine to be forgiving on yourself, and either 1) consult help (hints, walkthroughs etc.) on how to get unstuck on the main story, or 2) just choose to ignore some of the side missions / people. Don't think of it as missing out, think of it as playing a character who wouldn't answer every call.Okay guys, sorry but I have a problem with Cyberpunk 2077, a big problem. It's a common thing to get overwhelmed by quests in open-world RPGs, especially for the people who are not used to that genre. It happened to me a few times and I know exactly how you feel. Since I'm an ocd collector and my philosophy is - do it all or don't do it, I would probably get an anxiety attack by the amount of content.Okay guys, sorry but I have a problem with Cyberpunk 2077, a big problem. Do you go for 100% achievements in games , I tried that for several times for few games since I also same ocd problem , but it was just too time consuming in the end , so I try to take a few day off . But anyways in rpgs I usually go for side quests and leave main quest for the end , sometimes I mix it up .Since I'm ocd collector and my philosophy is - do it all or don't do it, I would probably get an anxiety attack by the amount of content.
