i just found out, that if the wallet have the full value of the game it will work, but if it doesnt it wont, i was trying to pay 61 centavos( around 11 usd cents). it tried gifting a rpg game for my account and that worked '' by any means necessary'' it is and rpg that looks good

Their behavior is sometimes just appalling. It makes me angry thinking what they did to you .

Buy some higher value Steam marketplace items, trade them to your main account for nothing, sell them with the main. You lose a bit of money with the fees (unless you can compensate it with profit on the market) but it's a good alternate method for moving wallet funds off of your second account.

Maybe just buy games for you second account , don't gift them to your main account , instead use steam family sharing feature to share those games between you main and sec , would that be preferable option ?
I gotta say, I had no idea that Steam is so restrictive , ty for you clarification Immerbeaner .

yes, it is an option, but it isn't very atractive, i just found the proble, it will be always in error if the steamwallet don't cover the game price

bro, i'm not u, i don't play games the same way u play so don't try to mock me, and i don't play games on both, i play only on my '' main'', the '' secondary'' account was an account that i created in 2013 if i remember correct.

and again, dont try to mock me or say how to play the games i own, i respect u and i also want u to respect me, we all have games that we like to play, and we all have or own way to play games, some like rpg, some not, some like a genre or not, some play only one game till the end, and some not. i play a bit of each game when i'm interested, and i ll be doing this for the rest of my life, cause it is the way i am and the way i play, there are days and days.

i'm still reading the answers and get updated on the forum, sorry for not marking u( forgot the work when selecting messages to answer).

and the odissey i remember saying, i thiink it was the assassins creed, not the rpg that i bought for low price.

the rpg that i bought is this one'' by any means necessary''( it really is a good rpg. and has 100% compability with a gamepad) i also got 7th deep( but it wasn't for my taste, and i got reimbursement).

currently rpg i'm playing by any means, and trying to solve memmories of a vagabond gamepad problem.
