I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I guess we don't all see what's going on behind the scenes (dm's). Like PurpleGreenTremors I'm grateful for any gifts I get here and I only ask for what I know I will play. I'm not one of those who needs a huge library of games I'll never play. Your giveaway, your rules. They can go eat cake.

I haven't been here as long as most of you, but I stay because I love this community. We're real ppl behind the words on the pages here. Some days we feel the need to vent, other days we share the excitement of a new or free game for all, or congratulate a fellow member for his/her win. All of these are okay. We're an extended multicultural family 🥰😘 I forgot who said it now, sorry, but like that person, I also read posts no doubt pulling all the same facial expressions as I read along. Sometimes it's hard to sum up your like with just one emoji 🤪 Love to you all.

But yesterday my dad was tested positive for Omicron and I had to run through many administrative stuff and also deal with other errands pertaining to this today. From a recovering mental strain over the past 2 weeks back to another hectic day sure takes it toll. And to read that post sure gets me feeling very weary.

I'm only a face in the crowd here, but I see the thanks posts differently: I like to see my friends here getting excited about a new game or key that worked for them, and saying so. Thanks is such a small word but can make someone else feel amazing. Granted I get to enjoy just reading along, without needing to sort this post from that.

Wishing your father a speedy recovery to full health and that you have a much better week this week 😘
