Since i have an MS account, but XBox is not present officially in my country, no, you don't need gamepass of something.

Yes, I agree. Never had any Xbox, never had gamepass. And my account is not so old. You can claim the game, I did, without any of these things. :)

And claim one of the free games for your account. That is how I started collecting MS games.
Maybe you can claim other games (Xbox games) after that.
Looked further and it seems I have a Xbox-account linked. Via: Sign in to your Microsoft account. But as I said, never had any Xbox.
And I have a Skype-profile linked. Ok, looking at that... MS made the Skype profile when I made an Outlook-account. Never used it.
