Man dont put more ashes in the fire you will get burned. He criticized me for my wishlist and triple A games and you are like a beggar puting in every post your wish list with some tripe A games and others. I dont do that. You make that so people can gift you some games. If i gave you a key for a game you like i wont care what you do with the code. The "love" is in giving...if you can make 10 billion dollars with that code or give it to a friend or trade for a better game that isnt my consern. What is better 4 you. If i gave you a GTA 3 code that looks like is in your wish list and someone said i trade that code and give you GTA 5 wouldnt you trade? If not, man you were being silly. Oh im so nice and give you a code and now i make demands ...dont sell, dont trade dont give to your friend. Who is here readind this and if he can wont give a code that someone gave him here in indie gala and gave it to a friend? Such integrity. If someone posts a giveaway and says that that key can only be used for that person is one thing. Never i saw in any Wheel Giveaway or simple giveaway keys that people ask for it the person hosting the giveaway say that. So throw the stones you want and if someone wants to join you...but watch because everyone has glass windows. First reaction from
immerbeaner are you angry with me man?
I did not at all critise you for games on your wish list.
Thank you for pointing out that I appear to be a beggar with my own wish list. I read the rest of the this thread with the new posts since my last visit and one of them referred to the first page of this forum thread, which I went back to read again - the very first post and then the rules. I seem to have indeed misunderstood the whole point of the wish list. These are the games I am hoping to own one day... to play myself on my own account, whichever platform that may be on (Steam/Epic/Microsoft/Oculus/etc).
Since I don't play challenges, and can't because I have limited internet.
I don't know which games can be won or only bought. Either way I'll remove the games from my wish list then since I didn't realise I was offending people who may already have had the pleasure of playing the games I lust over, so I apologise. Which leads me right in to the question you asked: would I trade a GTA3 key gifted to me for GTA5? Nope. Since I've never had the pleasure of playing either myself I'd be grateful for the GTA3 key.
For what it's worth: I don't trade keys at all. The games I gift here I've paid for. Occassionally I'll see a game that's interesting and buy TWO keys - one to gift - or I buy a pack/monthly bundle because one game interests me, I'll gift the rest. No doubt there have been people who have also checked my own "stash" of activated game keys and have noticed no play time - again due to limited internet - however I
intend to play those games when I can. (And therefore don't think I'm abusing this thread by asking for a key that was offered. If I'm wrong, then someone please let me know. Sometimes I see a game my partner would love but since they're not a member here, I don't ask for it.)
Throwing stones? Really? Now if you scroll back thru the many, many pages of this thread in our little corner of the forums you will find that we are a (growing) number of faceless people who have varying backgrounds and circumstances who all happened to find each other and become friends. Every now and again a little tiff like this will happen, we may state our personal opinon, and then we move on. I'm not standing here with a bucket of stones, or some wood to add to a fire, hoping for an argument - quite the opposite. You are entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. Yes, they are polar opposites.
Sorry for the wall of text, friends. I'm now off to figure out how I added my signature to edit it. Love to you all, no matter how your day has been
