Speaking of Elden ring , I clocked 50 h in 2 weeks on steam , that has never happened to me in my life , like I am some kind of teenager . Curently I am taking a break from it , at least for a week or so , it ain't healthy man . I excepted it to be good since I am a big fan of souls like genre , but not this good tho . All my opinion btw , I know many are disappointed with the game , luckily I don't share their sentiments .
9.5 /10 from me so far .

I saw how many hours you put in and was impressed
at first, Elden RIng didn't click hard for me (hadn't played any of "Souls" games before and I felt too much underpowered at the beginning, which was quite frustrating), but I was a little bit hooked up and I liked open world aspect of it, and now... oh boy, How I'm impressed by this game!!! there are several things that's could be solved differently (i.e. I do not like encounters with the same bosses over and over again), but it's easily a GOTY to me. and I'm happy for you jer7cho that you managed to get/bought the game and enjoy it

Last time I was that hooked, damn...we're talking PS3, I was up for almost 3 days drinking and playing one Assassins Creed or another (when they were truly good), before they desecrated it with RPG elements.

I got woken up after sleeping for 2 days with a hangover from hell by some neighbor I had never met asking me if I noticed anyone leaving out the back door with her couch and told the cops were coming around to ask question.

At the time I was a total hermit, I finally realized drinking had to go and I wasn't 17 anymore, even mentally (closer to 25 ), and the rest of the world was much more messed up than I was lol.

Yes I have a laptop, I had to hook an external keyboard to avoid the overheating under my fingers I have a cooling pad under too.
My laptop still doing good job, it has nvidia graphic card, I don't play to very new games but it is ok for me, I have many of past years for my entertainment. As long as it can handle League of Legends I'm happy for it

Maybe your lappy needs fresh thermal paste and a dusting of the inside if you've had it for a long time? Just a thought. There are video guides online so that the task isnt as daunting as it sounds. I've done it to several lappys and wow, the difference was so worth the time it took me.
