Can I ask a favour to members of this thread When you want to post more post consecutively can you please edit: button to group them all in one post?
It becomes hard to follow all those pages when there are too many posts. I think this way the forum becomes much clear to read. In other forums usually they use edit button to add more information to last post instead to keep posting more
Maybe if Jer7cho agrees we can add in the rules of the forum.

I'm planning to do a Klingki-style giveaway for the Lair: "3 games. Choose 1 using an emoji". I like that format a lot!

The twist, and I'll be hated for it, is that I'm thinking of limiting the giveaway to active gifters only.

The answer is: anyone who meets one or more of these criteria for the month of July

• Held giveaways on GAMERS LAIR or on Keydrops Go Here!
• Dropped keys for non-shovelware games (i.e. that Givee.club freebie for "Puzzle Art: Birds" doesn't count)
• Gifted games in private.

I did my best to get a list of all the eligible users by going through message histories and this is what I came up with.

I'll announce the games and do the giveaway sometime this week.

I hope I don't get pelted with eggs and get called an elitist snob for excluding people...

i think you should ask those people that u @, than asking for people if they're missing XD, there are some names that i don't remember seeing here maybe they were active before i joined the lair

I haven't seen or heard from her in over a month. I think she's busy IRL and doesn't visit the forums anymore. If she's around, and active behind the scenes, she's more than welcome to participate. She's by far been the most generous person to me.

My list was mostly based on recent activity (July). It's impossible for me to go back several months to find every worthy person.

Did you make sure to link your accounts? I trialed ARP thru twitch long ago and it worked for me after I linked my accounts.

Slight problem there, zero notification of new content...especially on mobile. i need to refresh everytime I want to see additions, occasionally it will show a new post, but never a reaction and there is no notification for an edit.

Anyways, a tip maybe you already know or can be useful for someone else: when you edit a post with new content, if your message is addressed to another user you can use the @username ex: @whatnitrus to make a notification to the receiver.

Completely private exchanges are tricky because I can't tell if it's just some friends swapping games in private or if it's a more spontaneous, less targeted act of generosity. Ideally, I'd like there to be a public thank-you note or multiple, unrelated recipients of gifts from that person.

In eox's case, I remember now that he gave a copy of POLE to Curtainferno, so he's certainly in.

I'll have to think more about the other names you mentioned.

I added her. I wasn't trying to suggest that she isn't deserving. She just hasn't been around lately, so it felt pointless to add her if she can't participate. She's probably too busy to be even thinking about games right now. I was planning to send her a gift anyway as soon as she was back and had more free time.

1. BreakAway gifted me Cryostasis, and have been a very active giveaway host with over 500 giveaways that lasted for a long time . You all know that Cryostasis is one of the most valuable games that you can win on this site , he could have easily traded it for something much more valuable . Hasn't been active lately so idk if he is interested .

Gifted me Book of demons and one other that I can't remember .... sorry Curta

Gifted Limbo for Yarromiro and Dark End for me

That happens to me after I reach the daily limit (15 ARP). If I don't close the stream right after my ARP log gets flooded by 0 ARP entries for twitch. But I do get the points every day. Apart from linking your accounts have you also clicked on the Arena Rewards Tracker to toggle it on? It's on every AWA partner twitch streamer's page and you only have to activate it once.

You've certainly added a heaping ton of misery to my list! Remind not to try this again.

I was deliberately trying to keep the list short by limiting the scope to people who I've observed to be active here recently just to make things manageable for myself and to reward recent behavior. I wasn't trying to make a comprehensive list of all the gifters throughout history because that would quickly get out of hand, so I set the relatively easy-to-verify "July" criterion as a filter.

The whole idea was flawed from the start. By creating an inclusion list, I'm implying exclusion and people will wonder why person X or Y isn't on the list. Creating a list of names, whether it be a whitelist or a blacklist, will lead to situations like this.

I think I'm going to scrap the entire idea and make the GA open to all Well-known Members. It was worth a shot.
I'll do my more selective gifting in private.
