What's more sad is gta definitive edition actually earned decent amount of money.
Diablo Immortal is probably the worse among all of them. It already has surpassed 100 million dollar revenue. This is why I hate freemium game so much. Cause it's taking advantage of people with gambling addiction. Recently there was this one rich whale who alone spent 100K on this game. His player is so strong that he can't find players in match making. While this guy deserved it, in the end, the winner is the company who made diablo immortal.
I always heard that microtransaction started with Oblivion horse armor dlc. Though don't know if it's accurate or not.
The worst part of GTA Definitive Edition apart from the games itself is to not have a competition they delisted the original games, banned all the mods like GTA Underground and source ports re3 & reVC. They killed all the community works.

don't know about you guys, but I'm really disappointed that they removed the old versions from steam store. I wish I could be able to get San Andreas through steam store.

I was looking at the capcom EVO sale and saw onimusha still at 60% off (never lower since release). Then i found that onimusha 3 was on steam and i missed it. well before my time. Ubisoft was the publisher, no surprise, they remove everything and stop support as you may know from the recent debacles. The forum said Oni didn't sell well enough, because genius capcom released the worse version of the first and not the fan favorite 2 or co-op dreams as a way to test interest. They should have done all 3 games in one remaster, but the licensing probably was an investment they didn't want to pay. No doubt it would have sold much better.

speaking of (lack of) sales and price changes, see DMC, megaman, Res Evil. Russia removed from prices and South America, Turkey almost 10x raised. If you didn't buy it before, rest in peace. Same thing happened on some SEGA products like most Yakuza

Different topic, speculating but...
The giveaway section blocks giving the same key on the same account. So the multiaccounters / regifters giving the same old armored tank DLC have gotten tired of recreating it, and chose a more expensive one that speeds up the process. Always ~20 entries, probably the same user to boost themselves.

I'll just leave this shiny pokemon here

I mean I would be honestly surprised if any key they give for dlc like armored tank to be even an actual valid code.

After the summer sale, for the month of August is like a waiting month, prices goes up and most items has no sale.
Couple of new releases to play with full price. (No comment)

For august giveaways all around getting weak. Humblebundle choice is no good, fanatical is basically sleeping, Alienware trying its best, Prime goes way down.

Boring month maybe...

Just noticed that Re-Volt is finally out on Steam. It's one of my favorite arcade/combat racing games of all time! So simple, yet so addictive. I had all the default tracks memorized to optimize for every last millisecond and there were tons of very creative and fun user-made tracks. To my surprise, people are still making custom tracks for it to this day Tracks | Re-Volt Race. Not bad for a 20-year old game.

Worth checking out if you're at all into toy-car arcade racing and don't mind the aged graphics.
Thanks for sharing this! It looks like a game I have on my wishlist (Rc cars), but maybe better! I have always liked games that are miniature scale, like toybox turbo, hypercharged unboxed, and I want to play grounded eventually.

AWA question : is there a time where all ARP are awarded ? I did all my business this morning, seems like i got 5 points out of more than 40 i think. Also, is there an "end-of-day" like there is in the Feudalife challenges, where everything is reset ?
Yes, In AWA that time is 7pm CST (Central Standard Time). That's when everything is reset (except daily quests) and new day starts. That's also when the Time on site and the Twitch and the Steam quests and the Game Vault is opened (y). Daily quests are reset 4 hours later.

It's better to write down your ARP somewhere because the ARP gain is very delayed because of the slow servers.🐌

I'm trying to win it from GiveAways for like a month or two already^^
Still no luck yet though... but I'll keep trying))
you can catch it on steam for like $5 on sale (never checked key shops) since I've owned it forever, but the bundle is a better deal all in all compared to steam. Game is one of a kind...I was always hoping they made a part 2.

I paid like $15 for it with no regrets, worth every penny.
