I think Germany and maybe Australia ban Postal 2 by law and GOG have to too. If you have these IP you will not even see games banned by your gouvernement.
There will be a lot of keys for Postal 2 on GOG forum and GOG keys were valid regardless of region so far.

there were only around 49 keys for deluxe and 1k for vanilla D2 DLC, far too few, expect future events now that the time is known to be sold out in minutes to seconds. The update did nothing to stop multiaccounts, as seen in trading boards.
