Certainly a lot more since it started. A warning to those who do giveaways with extra Feudalife keys: some might be newly region locked because of this. I got a negative on a FootLOL: Epic Soccer League giveaway because the winner who was from Russia couldn't activate it. (He still used it up by giving it to someone else it seems which made the negative feel especially unfair.)

Its strange, that he couldn`t activate it. I didn`t receive error when activating keys, not even once. Even though since the start of the war many games in steam became closed - i get "this product is not available in your region", seems like it depend on developer. But if the game is in library, then i can install and play it, only game page in store itself is closed for them. Seems to me they only forbid selling games through steam, not activating.
What error he recieved?
PS: GLEB dm`d me that some Challenge keys really don`t activate
