I don't think so. If they were they would be gone already.
Steam accepts multiple accounts. The ASF-instructions mention some people having hundreds of Steam-accounts. But maybe Gog does not accept it.

Edit: With HSGF I get a nice retweet-button, and that works miracles! But still no go with the grabfreegame-giveaway...
Edit 2: After much clicking around I clicked on two arrow pointing to each other (that is twitter for you, basically hot air). And that did the trick.
