AWA support is any good or utter crap?

I'm still hoping they will do that "connect" witcher 3 ga again xD (the one that you could get witcher 3 on gog for free if you owned it elsewhere). I was moving house at the time and missed it xD And because I got it on launch + dlc's preorder when they got announced, I refuse to re-pay it 10 euros to have it on pc xD

an almost similar problem happen(i read it on forum) about people receiving already used keys,the issue was eventually solved

This already happened before with DbD DLCs, they gave the wrong one and after a few days they gave the right one to all the people who reedemed it. I remember that I traded key that I already had, and then they gave me the other one, so I got 2 DLCs.
