Not sure if this might help (but I did have some trouble claiming it this morning and this worked for me), make sure to accept all cookies on both authentication steps when you log in

For me its stuck at confirming username on Relic site .

In case anyone else gets stuck at this point: If you're using an adblocker, you need to disable it temp on this page to see the popup about cookies as well. (Like I said, in my case I already had a username so couldnt choose one today - Im still not sure how or when I did that.)

There must be some problem or bad luck with my account in indie gala. i used to get 3 to 5 keys in a month in the indie gala giveaways now its going to make 2 months and nothing since i was ill with covid bad luck or something else came with the virus. i play 200 - 240 silver coins in the giveaways and nothing comes. Im sad. im lv 3 in the giveaways i made some giveaways but nothing changed. Bad luck or something else came to stay. Sorry for the long text but i had to let it out of my chest like a alien infected person does. QQ
