Thank you! I got the gift. But I cannot activate it because that package is region locked for Turkey. And I can't gift it back to you because steam says you already own it, sorry.

So that didn't work. I guess I can send Gauntlet Slayer Edition to somebody else.
sorry to hear it

try with vpn when redeeming it

after that you dont need any vpn.

Now we're having two identical parallel conversations  I suppose I can copy-paste my response to that message here as well.

>VPN can get your account banned, so I would rather gift the game to somebody else.
I mean, I do know a Turkish guy on steam so I guess I can give him the game if you don't have anybody else to give it to, and nobody else claims it here.
I'll wait for a few days first.

I think what they want to say they redesing those games and after multiplayer will be gone

all dlcs will be gone from these games too

the installation and access to downloadable content (DLC) will be unavailable.

Anno 2070
Assassin's Creed II
Assassin's Creed 3 (2012 Release)*
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
Assassin's Creed Liberation
Assassin's Creed Revelations
Driver San Francisco
Far Cry 3 (2012 Release)*
Ghost Recon Future Soldier
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
Rayman Legends
Silent Hunter 5
Space Junkies
Splinter Cell: Blacklist
ZombiU
.
and reputation what reputation....
They kind of lost their rep when they added a missing memory in AC2 was it? DLC that was actually story to the main game...I've kind of hated them for it ever since.

Same with Castlevania and the end story DLC before part 2

I give over 50 steam direct gift giveaway for some shit site, clone of indiegala (Only for this month)
Guys redeeming direct steam gifts are located at various countries. some part of europe I guess.
So they know a way of redeeming it even they are located at some other country.
I just need to learn that way and after that we will have some different stuff here.

If the game is not initially limited for your region (apart from the regional price, the game will not start in another region), you can make gifts to any users in any country if the difference in the price of the game in your region and his region differs by no more than 10%.
This is done so that users do not buy too cheap in a foreign region, and then switch to their own. Of course, people travel, change their country of residence, so there is an opportunity to change the country. And some use this to either buy something that is not available in their region, or just buy cheap. Single cases will obviously be invisible. But if you do this too often, sooner or later Steam mods will pay attention to that account and then it can get an account ban.

All I do sending gifts gifts gifts communtiy will get stronger. I have over 100 steam accounts (reserach material) from ar usa tr ru europe almost everywhere. I only get in with my original ip and play. I understand region locks some games will not start at some countries very very minor situtations. I even buy big accounts and played and have almost any AAA titles inc. upcoming titles.

What I am trying to say here is everything you heard or lived is 100 percent true but reality differs sometimes.

One way or another gifting will go on and and on and on even the risks exist we cant give up on gamers yet.

I respect you and support you always just trying to give some insight.

P.S: Think that I am 7-8 years old and I use some my family cc and account gets premium (punished by family but account still stays) and with my little age with no knowledge of the family I am at net long hours. Than I learn to gamble at big casino at some game site with card trade sell buy tricks cheats and maybe a money laundring place for some. Now I am an addict of gambling in this casino. What I see is we all share a small risk even the HOUSE itself. Its like Dominoes No one should fall so the system will be stong and though.

Of course! When I recently gave away guest passes for games, it was clearly and unambiguously stated in the description that they were only for RU+СIS, although they could eventually be activated by anyone. Like the keys themselves, they were not initially regionally restricted.
I just wanted to say two things: gifts from region to region work, you just need to keep that 10% in mind. Moreover, this rule applies even in different countries within the same region, I have come across this. You may not notice this at first, for example, for the first time it happened that the price was the same, and you gave something to someone, and then, (a conditional example), you made a giveaway on steamgifts, and you decided to give the game away as a gift, not a key, and boom - Steam says that it is not possible.
Second: you can change regions. But it is better to think several times first whether it is worth it or not :)

Ubisoft has disabled online functionality in 91 games, some purchased content is now inaccessible | TechSpot

what a liars now 91 games and growing...

Buy Assassin’s Creed® Brotherhood Deluxe Edition (ubi.com)

Now here is the scam Deluxe is unplayable since this version is all about DLCs and they are aware of the situation and still selling.

The company has seen a 64-percent drop in share value over the last four years

Investment firms could be eyeing Ubisoft for a takeover | TechSpot

Still.. What those dlc that are unplayable include?

If those dlc's are multi related it doesn't matter if you have access to them or no.. They are unusable anyway. That's why I asked
Ohhh ya, the servers. Thats true, I'd like to know this myself (won't make me any less pissed) as I was a completion collector then even when I didn't use them and they still cost money.

But there are cases like UPlay where they have every right since it was all free if I'm being fair as well, and most Creed Multiplayer additions were UPlay then. I wasn't much of a fan, Creed and Watch Dogs aside.

Maybe they were more selective than we thought lol.

If they didn't already slaughter my favorite series, I might care (AC) more. Although I don't (or didn't) have an issue with the company either until now. I just always held that old AC DLC in my mind when buying more.
