Didn't have any bsod today , I unninstaled malwarebytes , I remembered both times I had crashes I installed malwarebytes and after I unninstaled it worked normally . Whether Malwarebytes is the indeed guilty or not idk...

i have no idea what your running as far as system specs etc...but I actually had Malwarebytes crash my PC once recently (first time ever), on a premium subscription after letting my PC hibernate...another rare thing for me, but it was scanning an 8TB drive and I needed sleep.

I thought it was due to a mix of various factors, so that thought never occurred to me, i'll have to run another scan now and send a support ticket if it happens...I have bee SUGGESTING people ran it, I deserve no thanks lmao.

Thank YOU for letting me know so I can go make sure I'm not crashing peoples machines, I've never seen Malwarebytes do it, but maybe something Windows Updated is causing a conflict...appreciate you getting back about it

I have 2-step verification disabled but there is wrong phone number on profile and I don't want to change that.
Has anyone tried to change account email address? Do they enforce more than email verification?

ah, yes. I just tried to get most benefit by participating in Armored Warfare giveaways (those cost 20 and gives nice points when you give 'em away). Also flooding isn't the right word - I win like 10 at max and few of them wasn't valid so I gave negative feedback to the original posters and haven't use those.

It was like that long before people shared about him. For some reason IG doesn't seem to ban the user account, they ban the forum and the site still allows these banned users to enter and create giveaways. So he's spamming to level 8, probably with alt accounts to give himself positive credit. The system is broken.

I was also going to share, but lost the links, the IG hosted mass giveaways? There was a banned profile winning ones with impossible odds, multiple times.

I've said this before, but thats because the forums are xenforo (an entirely separate entity) and banning them takes one click from an Admin dashboard...maybe thats all the moderators have access to

The whole leveling system is bait on IGs end to get you put up GAs, which would be fine (I mean we all like GAs lol)...except for the fact I don't think they have any way to control it.

They didn't even make the forums...they bought a third party sites pre-built version and didn't even modify the color style lol.

I'm using a generic XBox controller (PS3) Epic had no controller support for it at all. Couldn't even open the menu.

Pretty sure we've had this discussion before. I also use a ps3 controller in epic & steam games.

If windows detects your controller there's no reason games in Epic shouldn't. Unless you mean navigating the entire launcher with a controller? Well that can be done too but you'll need to add the Epic launcher to Steam. I didn't have to. Mine just works. But at least this is another option for you.

I have like 4 (just hate them) and the others work...but I wouldn't have enjoyed racing using those.

I'm not saying your wrong, but my Hori-Pad 3 Turbo wired controller does NOT work, and I never even touch my others, simple statement of fact

I'll check your pictures and see if I did something wrong, but on Steam I launch and I race.

So if they implemented it, it was likely partial support.

FF7 Remake is one of the few that allows my controller through Epic Games, so its possible...but not with that particular game, and its one of many.

Changed it not so long ago. Moving from gmail -> outlook.
No problem on AWA. And to be fair, none of the sites gave trouble but .... you guessed it ... Indiegala.
Normally you get a verification email to the new email-address. And that is it.
Edit: just checked. I got a swiss phone-number according to AWA. I found it on the internet when they wanted a phone number. It was at the moment when the account was created. To be clear: I do not have access to that phone-number.

Sooo its a driver issue. The Hori site's instructions seemed pretty clear (win8 instructions would be the same for win10 - or run in win8 compatibility mode). Have you tinkered with XOutput? Or 360ce? (360ce resolved another user's issues and was mentioned in the HCT discord a few days ago.) There are paid options too where you can ask for the presets for your controller to be added or if they have them saved in their discord. I didnt want the paid app if i could get it working for free lol. What would I do? I'd remove all the game pad drivers currently installed and start again. How frustrating for you.
