Yeah, I also have a failed task that can't be fixed. Their Steam group I'd have to join has been banned for breaking Steam's rules. I wrote them 3 e-mails over 3 months but they never replied so I gave up.
Two other problems with OP:
1. If you own the game, you can't wishlist it. Gloria Victis has been given away in limited quantity and bundled several times. This was required for some earlier tasks. Now you own the game, all of a sudden, it's off wishlist (that's how steam works). Instant failed tasks. WTF?
2. There was a free to play game recently you needed to play one hour. Before that, it was in a wishlist task. Same exact problem. You add the free game, play it, now you're flagged for unwishlisting it, even though you didn't intentionally, it's how steam works.
They did reply to email but only in response to one situation - if you remove an owned game to complete the wishlist task, and restore it. Their words: "Complete the task as instructed or skip it (the giveaway)". They are supposedly working on a skip button but I wouldn't hold my breath. They need to scan for ownership and auto-pass you for that wishlist task, and that would fix it immediately.
how do you get steam keys at Lootboy anyways? o0
Opening the "supreme" packs.
But listen... everything they give is very cheaply bundled or buyable on greys.
And for all the people who brag about winning 5, 10, or even 20 euro? They never tell you how much time and effort (5 months?) it takes to accrue.
Remember folks, free always comes with a catch. The time and energy you put into tasks, clicks, and ad watching is money you could have made a hundred times over with a real job...
