Instructions for completing the quests to earn EXP for leveling up can be found in this Steamgifts thread

There are 2 types of quests: Adventure quests which are released in Chapters every few days (Chapters 1-4 are out, 5-7 are pending) and general quests which are released daily. Most of the quests require you to click on a specific part of the gamescom website or to enter certain codes.

With the quests currently available, you should be able to get 4,070 points which places you at level 9. I only have 3,970 points and am at level 8 because one of the quests broke for me. I got Smoke and Sacrifice as my level 8 reward.

Well, you have to finish all the quests but it's easy with steamgifts page. Mostly you just open/close links or entering codes 1 by 1 without thinking But there's one quest which is about watching youtube video for 15-20 mins. Can be run in the back ground. So not that long.
