Anyone has any experience on trading?
I got a PSN 5,00€ Card for german psn store (at least that's what it says on the lootboy card).
I don't have a playstation. Even then different currency, different region.
So any advice on if it's possible to trade it for a steam usd gift card? If yes, then where & how?
I know it's really specific. It's just feel a waste to not trade it.

You might propose it on Reddit or Steamtrades, to trade against Steam keys of the same value or for Paypal. Both system have their reputation system, so you have not much chance of being scammed.
