It is.
If I recall correctly, there are one or two spots where you might need to look up how to proceed.
And I seem to recall the controls being maybe a tad finicky, might take just a little getting used to.
But it is a good game.
I only gotten so far as installing it, and looking at it so far. Just as I was about to set up/figure the controls I had to go home (was on a laptop at my brothers home). Looks like it should be fun. (And they're constantly yelling something/stuff in Japanese, so maybe WhatNitrous can translate for us, if you get the game? :) )

Thank You So Much 👑 Queen Vinka Zec 👑 for being so Kind, Wonderful and Generous🥰. Your Generosity truly has no bounds. You shine like the sun ☀️🌻, as you've brought so much joy to us all🤩. We will miss you, but wherever you go I hope you will find happiness and kindness and I wish you the very Best of luck in your life. ❤️💚💙
I agree, she gifted me the game I was most targeted from feuda in that time with 3 other wishlisted games. Thanks for her generosity and I wish her the best.

And they're constantly yelling something/stuff in Japanese,
IIRC, most of the voice lines are actually in English, just with a heavy Japanese accent.
E.g., "Let's go, go, go!", "Time power-up", "Life power-up", "My sword", "Black Wing", "Sylph Shooter", "Spike Hammer", etc.

Think I might've heard a "やった" in there as well, though.

(Edit: Little correction.)

Ah, ok. You are probably right, like I said I pretty much just got to install it.

I found a Guide on the Community Hub that might help, there are other Guides on the Community Hub Page, scroll around and have a look at anything that says Guide. (y)

Wait, come to think of it, doesn't the Rockin' Android version of the game provide on-screen translations for most of the spoken dialogue?
(In the post above, I was remembering/going by the original Japanese version, with fan-made English patch which only translated the written dialogue.)

Edit: Yep, just checked videos on YouTube, and there's definitely not much need to ask for translations if you've got the Rockin' Android version (unless you want someone to translate two words of French!). Not quite sure what Bunny says during her flying kick, though.

has any of the games i asked before, trails of, mana serie, or even ys been in a bundle before, or choice?
Again, I can't speak for mana (and I'm not researching this), but I sincerely doubt it for Tales Of, Trails in the sky maybe, Trails of steel is still a newer game, just got notified of the last one on "sale" for $42, standard edition.

Trails in the sky can be found cheap usually even on steam, its older...or emulated on PSP.
