A lot of keys were distributed by the devs of multiversus to be given to (for example) ppl watching your streams for x amount of time. No doubt not all of those keys were claimed. There's always gonna be a grey market for keys. Bit pointless even having that key now tho, right? Since it's not even the game that launches anymore (alpha/beta/playtest/etc).
