I dont understand it too because I dont read most of it, just concentrated at giveaways thats it.

So this account is for a lunatic and only for one lunatic that can use it (almost impossible to use for anyone else). This account or incidents happening here is my least worries. I doubt the majority is looking at Vinka's profile every single day to catch this xD Especially if they are not her friends, most don't even have a reason to look.. You can't report what you don't know about.
