No IG is based in EU if I recall correctly, that wouldn't be a rational reality by any means.

Not saying its impossible but its unlikely, especially since going Incognito (without location in the first place) basically treats me as signed out.

Thats when the time matched up with what you said it showed, not when I checked normally as a logged in user.
