hrm, not sure, since fortnite, tf2 and apex you can play here. (to be fair a lot of f2p games make a ton of cash thru loot purchases).
Gore is usually what's blocked. Remember Postal fiasco? I think it was no2 that was given away on gog but for the life of me I couldnt find it. Its blocked from view because of the gore in the game. Dunno why. We're not blood shy lol.
This game's trailer didnt point out anything obvious to me, as to why it'd be blocked for me. Dunno.

"loot" usually refers to extras you can aquire within a game or buy with real money that somehow enhance your character or the game play.
eg you might open a chest inside apex.. inside is a wicked gun you can pick up. (free loot added to your inventory)
in TF2 you have to buy a key with real $$ to open a crate (paying to add loot to your inventory, but tf2 is a whole 'nuther level of loot lol) - (and ohhhh boy is there are HUGE grey market for those tf2 keys and what you can trade them for.)

EDIT -- added later: for anyone who does wanna try this, this aussie guy found a workaround. Apparently with region blocked games you're only blocked from INSTALLING the game (and well, the steam store page in my case). Once you have it, you can play it whenever you like. So this should also work for games like mulitversus too,eh?

(swearing warning btw ^^.. he's aussie/okka lol)

looks like the ESRB warning has vanished from the steam video of the game (at least for me) perhaps you can claim it now..(not sure at all)
in europe we have this

some esrb ratings a temporary for new games, many publishers input the warning in their videos/trailers in case of/by precaution

I got it once he changed the term, I'm a bit sick and retarded right now too lol.
TF2 even would have made sense...It just didn't quite click, I had mentioned the in-app purchases in my first response saying it wasn't 'really' free heh. 🤷‍♂️ dense moment.

Bandai has an entire EU based website with extras and perks, along with physical copies to purchase (I tried signing up and succeeded without a VPN), but purchasing is impossible :LOL:
