That's because you haven't marked the key as something (the not showing your name) as there is no key yet
Yes, one week is long but it's the rules. That's rare though. Usually in a few hours to max 1 day the key gets added

thanks, It was not the first time, but haven't won too many times I won this Gravity Field su Steam (steampowered.com)
but two days ago I won again Damned Hand su Steam (steampowered.com). I rarely win and I was lucky those 2 times. the giveaway of Damned Hand had 50 keys in the offer so chances were higher.
