I've seen at least one dude in Russia who made the cabinet by himself, alas it had emulator (not MAME) inside 'cause why have only one game when you can have all of 'em?)

Yeah I watched one millions YouTube videos about it ahha but I would need more space for it. One day I will build a bat cave for all retrogaming stuff

No clue besides checking the packages on the game's steamdb page.

Steamdb has a script to add all free games/demo/video/dlc/crap to your account if you're feeling adventurous; 17k+ of crap on your account, now that's a good halloween spook.
