Unfortunately, Steam itself does not explain this, so everyone (like me at first) worries about where to put those coupons, since they have already appeared in the inventory. Even seen several bots that can be used to dump these coupons.Ah, yeah... I guess you are right. I will be crafting my badges during sales from now on. Sorry, I just didn't know any better

Even if they were banned, they can still create and therefore enter GAs. He's clearly level 8.
So for you guys thinking of creating high level ones, be aware, cheaters may very well be reaping the most rewards - unless you start manually checking and blacklisting. Dunno if Cruller reads these forums.
Honestly, high level is not worth the effort. Have to double the value (give away an amount equal to everything prior to current level), which is insane without cheating.

Hikkan got blacklisted thousand years ago (personal blacklists)
Just teasing to get more suppliers at level 9 so he wins directly all giveaways created there, in his dream ofc. I mean even that we be at top level we shouldnt be sucker for any scammers games. I think people here is wise, they know much better. Just wrote it anyways.
