I looked into it more, and now I'm even more certain it will only work in East Asia (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, etc.). So I'm just gonna send it to both of you, cuz I don't think it's gonna work, lol

Anyone else here that's in Asia, don't be shy!

Well, I am from South Asia. But I never heard about any key being region locked for only South Asia.

not only that, but OPQuest double dipped tasks in a way that created flags on the account.
There was a card game, i forget the name at the moment, maybe Tempest or something like this, that wanted follow and wishlist.
But then it wanted you to play it 1hr. The problem is that you can't wishlist and own and play at the same time.
Once you acquire a game it removes from your wishlist. So simply doing these tasks would create a flag later as if you cheated.
I emailed the website and it took them almost a month to respond to it, i assume they whitelisted the app or something.

It happened to me too, and if it makes you feel any better I also bought Evil Dead: The Game (just like you) as my first AWA purchase (and I sent FLASHOUT 3 to WhatNitrous). :ROFLMAO:

Don't worry, I've gotten this message 5 or 6 times over the years, it spooked me the first time too. Steam hasn't banned me, no issues other than the stupid message they force you to click agree on. (y)

i'm checking the steamdb page and there is a RU/CIS lock. I don't see any others.
It was recently bundled in humble, but the bundle was not this edition and there were no region locks for this bundle.

So i think it's probably ru lock.
Where did you buy it?
