maybe cruller wants to know he will be giving lv9 games to someone who paid 4~15 cents per key from lequeshop, compared to what it costs to give away humble bundle and fanatical games, etc

In others regions it have cost for 3$ (for example: Mosaic: Game of Gods on Steam)
And there are many publishers in Steam who hate russian people/gamers! They all Russophobes in my opinion! All who delete games from Russian store and put enormous price! Valve not delete us! Many AAA publishers not delete! But many others deleted! I hate all of this stupid bastards! (But we know many ways how to buy ALL deleted games to Steam!)

I think the developer didn't know they can remove the price to make it unbuyable in a country, and instead put impossible price as a way to stop sale.
But prejudice is not the same as the main topic which was getting a game very cheap and getting 800x its value back to get full giveaway access forever.
The purpose of the post was to warn people about who their high level giveaways are (going to) go to. It wasn't to attack russian user, it just happen that those key come from ru shop. If it was available for everyone, then everyone would level rush it wouldn't matter, since equal access.

anyway we all know the GA section is beyond broken, all kinds of fraud and cheating daily. and for honest users like cruller i don't think he gets back anywhere near as much value as he's given to community
