Technically, you shouldn't need to. Since I am assuming you only lost password of steam cause of trying to vote.
So those should be safe. You can't log into those websites using steam account.
Maybe change your email password & steam password. That should be enough.
Also deauthorizing other device for steam.

Change every password linked to Steam just to be sure, and get SteamGuard from Steam !!

Yeah, sometimes it's real accounts that have already been hacked themselves (so the hacker preys on the hacked's friends), sometimes level 0 accounts. And they send you links that simulates Steam's login, so they can get your password. If you have Steam Guard (AGAIN !), they won't be able to even use your password.

Yeah, the scammer was also impersonating that user. So basically completely hidden tracks. The keys are probably in the scammers main account.

I don't think it's even possible to know the scammer's main account.
Since the lv0 account of egoist might even be a throwaway limited account. Other people with unlimited account can add limited accounts as friends. So the scammer used your account to add lv0 account.
And people even sell Tf2 keys in bulk for paypal payment. So the Tf2 keys could be in someone's account who unknowingly bought it from a scammer's main or alternate account.
Would support really help that much? I don't know honestly. You can at least send a support ticket in case the keys are still in the lv0 account now.
If you had "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator" then the trade needed to confirmed on phone before being completed.

That's "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator", not just steam guard. The steam guard just sends a code to email in case of unrecognized log in.
That code that has already been given away when he logged in that website.
"Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator" would require confirmation for the trade itself too.

Then how did the trade confirmation occur?
Anyway, you don't need to remove steam mobile authenticator & steam guard. Prioritize removing log in & authorization of approved device & changinh password.

Honestly, my knowledge is limited as I don't know to what extent a scammers ability is.
You can try henry's suggestion as well.

changing password comes later

first thing first format - clean reboot - delete everything you do like in 7 days (new friends new contacts - new signedup places)

after clean reboot. Golden Rule Of internet do not click any links from any message.

use antivirus deep scan than change all your passwords and change your recovery mail passwords too

and even that you will hate it put 2 factor at every place you login.

Many many things you can do but thats a start.

If they find a way they will do it again and again. Fight your way to patch it.

and just a security measure If you use cc close them request new. Any payment methods change the security to max.

anything can start simple but If you dont patch it, they check later and much bigger damage can happen.

also I suggest anything you do in this last 7 days...
any friends added delete it
any place you login, giveaway site etc. delete it (Not indiegala )
any web site you just get in new for this past 7 days, only start surfing after you scanned your harddisk full and have kaspersky etc extra protection.
Any program or game you used in these 7 days (anything new). Do not use them again before full malware virus scan.

i confirm the trade in myself(in hindsight that was really stupid of me).out of topic here,if you get ban,do you really lose all the items in your inventory(there's was that warning in 24 hours) .about the link, it did ask me to login into my steam account to vote.
edit:i think my email is safe(mostly because its linked to my phone number,you need it if you want to access it from another device).frankly most of my accounts are linked to other stuff(didnt know it would be of use right now though)

After all this time,
You are not banned. Try to remember where you saw the ban msg & check it there again.
So no, even if someone really gets banned by steam or valve, they won't lose their inventory items.
And valve doesn't give 24 hour time limit.
The ban msg was a distraction so that you would waste time trying to contact support & that guy used that time to add his account as a friend & sent a trade request to himself using your account. And as you said you confirmed the trade yourself by mistake.
