After all this time,
You are not banned. Try to remember where you saw the ban msg & check it there again.
So no, even if someone really gets banned by steam or valve, they won't lose their inventory items.
And valve does't give 24 hour time limit.
The ban msg was a distraction so that you would waste time trying to contact support & that guy used that time to add his account as a friend & sent a trade request to himself using your account. And as you said you confirmed the trade yourself by mistake.
its still on my profile(somehow the guy also changed my steam username,i already change it back to my original)

That's your signature. Check your signature or summary in edit profile. The scammer wrote it.

Even steamdb says, no ban & in good standing:

Yes, I think. I don't know if it will help getting back your keys or if it is possible. And also the lv0 guy who you got keys as trade.
does that mean im hacked or not
yes, they have your steam account name & password.

I will entire say the entire thing in sequence:
1. You logged into a fake website with your steam password thus giving them your info from a link to vote for tournament. (the guy that sent you the link might also be hacked)
2. With your password, they logged into your account.
3. They changed profile signature or summary to say "This account has violated the steam user agreement" & changed your name & profile picture to ? & gave you 24 hours time limit to make you think you will lose all your items.
4. Then they added the lv0 user as friend using your account & sent that user a trade request using your account
5. You accidently confirmed the trade using steam mobile app

Damn , I only ever heard of people getting hacked and never actually witnessed it . I am so sorry that this happened to you Tryyear .
no worries i got most of the keys from trading my warhammer 40000 darktide key(i got it from a lottery).i wouldnt say i lost something, just i didnt gain profit.in any case, even if dont get the keys back i want him to suffer a form of consequesces(maybe account ban if possible).i already screenshot our conversation(on the account that gave the link and the account that asked about the ban)
