Gotta keep in mind it only tracks online gaming...my thing would look alot different if it did it right. Sadly much more in the Hentai direction, but also alot of others

Play Team Fortress 2 for 15 to 20 minutes maybe more, then close it. Wait for AWA to register your playtime, that should take another 15 to 20 minutes maybe less if you're lucky. Once it does, then you should be able to do the quest normally.
