Yes, you can summon them. From your hair, of course. The game was created by Hideki Kamia, the developer of DMC, so if you like the genre - don't pass it by, it will be similar, only with fanservice.

I've got a bunch of extra Jingle Jam games that need a home, and since they need to be activated by the end of this year, it's beyond time for a giveaway. There's over 100 keys, so I can't imagine picking winners manually, nor do I want to flood this forum with requests.
Selfishly, I've decided to give them away on SteamGifts. My apologies in advance to anyone that doesn't have an account there (and isn't eligible to make one now).

I'd like to invite all of you to join my SteamGifts whitelist in order to enter these giveaways. I don't care what your level or ratio is, as long as I know you from here.

PCVR is what your rift does: its VR with a PC (without the PC your VR wont work). My quest is both standalone (I can play anywhere without a PC) and I can connect it to a pc to play (technically oculus calls it "rift s mode")
